Grillodge will be a small Stall at the FARMER’s MARKET, where people can enjoy a meal prepared in charcoal which gives a unique aroma to the food. At this stall, the focus will be the quality of the meal, the best part is it gives a more natural cooking experience and taste. For instance, β€œMia Pizza is an outlet that prepares authentic pizza in a brick pizza oven with the help of wood.” Best fresh pizza outlet in town and is well known because of its authenticity.

I am going to take baby steps in establishing my business. Here is the whole overview, what where, and how I will execute my business.

  • In the beginning I will be investing a small amount to buy my main equipment and groceries which will be estimated under CAD 2500
  • BBQ-  CAD 500-600
  • Charcoal- CAD 45-50 each bag
  • Spices- CAD 300
  • Meat- CAD 500 (only selling on Saturdays)
  • Table- CAD 70-80
  • Tarp with Poles- CAD 60-65
  • I am planning to offer around 5-6 non-vegetarian options 3-4 vegetarian options and a steak sandwich freshly prepared in front of the customer.
  • The price of the meals will be:
  • Non-Vegetarian- between CAD 22-28 per meal
  • Vegetarian- between  CAD 15-21
  • Steak Sandwich- CAD 28-32
  • Freshly made mint sauce and spicy tomato sauce will be served with the BBQ meals.  
  • I will take a subscription to the farmers market which is only CAD 25 for a year.
  • I will start selling my meal prepared in charcoal in the market, accessible to everyone.
  • After analyzing the demand and positive reviews I will start doing events like birthdays, get-togethers, and many other celebrations.
  • Let’s suppose any of my customers want my service for events like a birthday party it will be a great opportunity for me to grow more and for that I will print business cards in advance so that my customers can communicate with me on other days.
  • I am planning to execute the idea of selling my meals in the farmer’s market alone however if the demand increases and customers start approaching for events then I will hire somebody.
  • Lastly, With hard work and God’s grace if, people want to eat the meal daily then I will plan further to execute that and try to fulfill their needs.
