Company’s Description

We started the company Grillodge independently and we started serving only in the farmer’s market. After getting so much love and a positive response we have opened our small outlet. We offer good-quality appetizers fused with Indian spices, prepared on charcoal like the old times.

Tasks

Greeting and seating customers

– Taking food and drink orders

– Serving food and beverages to customers

– Providing menu recommendations and answering questions

– Handling customer inquiries and concerns

– Processing payments and operating the cash register

– Setting up and clearing tables

– Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

– Upselling menu items and promoting specials

– Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Knowledge:

– Familiarity with the menu and different food and drink options

– Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

– Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special requests

– Awareness of restaurant policies and procedures

– Basic math skills for handling payments and calculatingtips

Skills:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

– Strong memory to remember customer orders and preferences

– Active listening to understand customer needs and requests

– Problem-solving skills to handle any issues that may arise

– Time management to ensure efficient service
